Working in a restaurant is a nice challenge, you can learn a lot, improve your skills. In such a simple way you can prepare a very simple tomatoes appetizer for some occasion, for guests. 

You can do it in a very simple way, all you need is your imagination. Cut tomatoes, add salt, add a little pepper, sprinkle with basil, or finely grate fresh leaves,slice the feta cheese into cubes, chives, oh there are many options, finally you can sprinkle with olive oil. In Greece we ate such fresh tomatoes almost daily for breakfast. I recommend an appetizing appetizer.
